The JCAA Executive Board has decided to make a change in the time of payment of annual dues for all Associate Members. Until now, membership has been renewed on a different month for each member. This policy was workable when there was a small number of Associate Members. The large number of current members creates too much extra work for our small volunteer staff throughout the year. Starting next year, all Associate Memberships will be renewed and dues payable during January. The Membership Secretary will send renewal notices to all Members before January 1.
This policy has been in effect for Member Clubs for several years and has worked very well.
All Sponsor renewals will also be due in January of 2000. Special allowances will be made for any Sponsor who paid in the last half of 1999.
If a special circumstance arises that may create a difficulty for a Sponsor some arrangement can be made with the JCAA. Please contact the Sponsorship Chairman at the phone number listed in each monthly newsletter.We hope this change will not be an inconvenience to you as we greatly value your continued support.
