The Governor’s Cup for individual winners is displayed at Island Beach State Park. The Governor’s High School Team Cup will reside alongside the Governor’s Cup Trophy and each year the name of the winning high school team will be engraved on the base of the cup. The school team category is supported by the following but we expect more support as the high school fishing team competition catches on: The Fisherman Magazine, The Reel Seat, Fish Hawkes Saltwater Anglers Club, Shark River Anglers, and NJ “Hooked On Fishing – Not On Drugs.”
